More than a traditional moving light, the TORNADO combines five independently controlled moving LED heads into a single fixture. As a result, it can create sweeping beams, wave effects, dynamic movement, and complex lighting looks from one unique system.
Five Moving Heads. One Powerful Fixture.
At the center of the TORNADO’s design are five individually controllable 120W RGBL LED heads.
Each head features independent pan and tilt movement. This allows lighting designers to create synchronized patterns or completely different movements across the fixture.
As a result, the TORNADO can produce an impressive variety of looks. Designers can create symmetrical beams, aggressive aerial effects, rolling waves, fans, chases, and constantly evolving patterns.
13,000 Lumens of Output
The TORNADO delivers a total fixture output of 13,000 lumens. Therefore, it has the brightness needed for large-scale productions.
In addition, its RGBL LED system produces rich, saturated colors while giving designers extensive control over the final look.
Surrounding the five main LED sources are an additional 120 RGB LEDs. These LEDs add another layer of pixel-driven visual effects to the face of the fixture.
From Tight Beams to Wide Effects
One of the TORNADO’s biggest strengths is its 3°–30° linear zoom range.
At the narrow end, the fixture produces sharp, concentrated beams that cut through the atmosphere. This makes it ideal for dramatic aerial effects.
Open the zoom, however, and the same fixture can produce much broader looks across the stage.
Combined with five independently moving heads, the zoom range gives lighting designers even more creative possibilities.
Built for Indoor and Outdoor Productions
The TORNADO carries an IP66 weather rating. This makes it suitable for both indoor productions and demanding outdoor environments.
Because of this protection, the fixture is an excellent option for festivals, concerts, touring productions, and outdoor corporate events. It can also handle large-scale special events where equipment may face changing weather conditions.
Professional Control for Complex Shows
For advanced productions, the TORNADO supports DMX512, RDM, Art-Net, and sACN. Multiple DMX modes provide programmers with extensive control over the fixture.
In addition, designers can control movement, color, zoom, dimming, strobe, and pixel effects. This flexibility makes the TORNADO a powerful creative tool for complex productions.
